REFUND/EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Livity Fit strives to boost your confidence with the gym set that you desire. So if it did not fit, no worries! We will gladly exchange it for you or refund your payment once we receive the merchandise.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong or damage items. You have 5 days (starting from the delivery date) to email us and start the return OR exchange request. No requests can be made after the 5 day deadline. 

If there are any damaged or missing logo designs/letters within the first month of use, email us for a replacement.

Customers are allowed a onetime exchange/refund and all exchanges/refunds are final. 

When trying on your items, please wear underwear and use precaution when trying on tops to avoid any transfer of products or perfumes. DO NOT wash, dry clean or alter any items. You will not be refunded if any tampering is done to the merchandise. 

Please be informed that we have the right to decline any merchandise with signs of use and/or wear, if returned. Returns and refunds can take up to 7-10 business days once processed.
